Delete account
These steps permanently delete your account and personal data. Deletion cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Open the app and sign in to get your access token.
- Enter your email address and access token in the form below.
- Press the delete button and confirm in the dialog that appears.
- Deletion happens as soon as you confirm.
Cannot find the token? Sign in again in the app and copy it from there.
What gets deleted
- The account: email address and sign-in credentials.
- The player profile: name and avatar.
- Scores and topic statistics.
- Round and answer history.
- The packs you created.
- Records of rooms you hosted.
- Uploaded files such as profile and pack images.
What happens afterwards
- Your personal data is deleted as soon as you confirm.
- There is no recovery period — deletion is permanent.
- Financial transaction records may remain as required by law or the app stores.
Warning: this is permanent. Once confirmed, the account and its data cannot be recovered, and packs you created are removed too.
